Worktop Properties

Natural occurring quartz can be a little too brittle for our everyday kitchen uses because of it’s composition. The usual quartz worktops that are referred to in our society today are a combination of quartz mixed with a small amount of resin, usually between 5-7%, and a pigment to make the design.
