Delivery and fitting are always included in the full quotation that we provide to you at the beginning of the process. If your site is within an eighty-mile radius of our factory in Welham Green, Hertfordshire, then you will be charged our standard delivery rate. If your site is beyond this radius, you may be charged an extra delivery fee, which will be provided for you upon quotation.
Our in-house dedicated fitting teams will transport your worktop pieces to you and then install them. All fabrication is completed at our factory, which means that there is minimal mess and noise caused at your site, and ensures the most efficient installation possible.
Whilst we strongly recommend that you opt to use us for the full service of fabricating and installing your worktops, we can offer a supply only service. We would recommend that we carry out the templates, otherwise we would not be able to accept any liability for discrepancies on the template that result in the pieces not being of accurate sizing. If we do not perform the fitting procedure, then we would not be able to take any liability for any damage caused to the worktops during their installation.
